The Complete Plan is delivered digitally. Once payment is confirmed, the plan is made available through the dashboard and a PDF copy is emailed to the address entered at checkout.

If you entered the wrong email address, did not receive the PDF, or cannot access your plan, contact support and we will help locate the order.

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Because the product is digital and available immediately after payment, please create the free preview first and check that the plan is suitable before buying.
