We collect the answers you enter into the plan creator, such as age, height, weight, goal, training schedule, equipment, activity level, food preferences, and consistency level. If you buy the full plan, we also collect the email address you enter at checkout so your PDF can be delivered.

Your details are used to generate your personalised preview, create the full plan after payment, provide the dashboard and PDF download, send the plan by email, and help with support requests.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Transactional emails are sent using Resend so your plan can be delivered to the address you provide.

If you choose to allow optional cookies and similar technologies, the site may use Google Analytics to understand site performance and the Meta Pixel to measure advertising events such as preview creation, checkout start, and purchase. These are not loaded until you give consent.

Essential storage is used so the website can work properly, including plan creation, checkout, dashboard login, and saving your cookie choices. Optional analytics and marketing storage can be accepted, rejected, or changed at any time using the Cookie Settings link in the footer.

The site may save your plan answers, preview state, and paid plan reference in your browser so you can return to your dashboard after checkout.
