- 160g skinless chicken thighs
- 270g white potatoes
- 275g mixed vegetables

How To Make It
- Step 1Chop the potatoes and vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- Step 2Add the potatoes and vegetables into a bowl with olive oil and seasonings. Mix well until evenly coated.
- Step 3Season the chicken thighs with the same seasoning mix.
- Step 4Add everything into the air fryer basket or tray.
